The blue Schuko socket is an electrical socket that complies with Schuko standards and is commonly used in Europe. This socket differs from conventional Schuko sockets in that it has an internal thread that allows it to be installed in a hole drilled in a surface. This feature makes it particularly suitable for use in electrical installations in walls, panels or electrical boxes.
The blue square Schuko socket is designed to accept the Schuko Plug, which is a type of electrical socket with a third hole at the top for earthing. The housing of the socket is made of sturdy blue plastic.
It is important to note that the installation of the blue Schuko socket should be carried out by a trained electrician and should be used with electrical cables suitable for their capacity and with adequate insulation thickness. In addition, caution should always be taken when handling electrical cables and plugs to avoid electrical accidents.
